The Cove- Peekskill , Great!!!!!!

Just visited the cove ( formerly Crystal Bay) for lunch. Nice renovation, looks very clean and fresh. The food was great. We shared a shrimp cocktail ( freshly cooked, nicely presented in a martini glass), Amazing cesar with homemade dressing and , great burger,and outstanding roast beef, with yummy dipping sauce. Service was very professionial, can't wait to try it for dinner.

That's good news. Crystal Bay was horrible. Even a salad.

Thanks for the update - have been meaning to try this in its new incarnation. Just wish the name didn't remind me of that movie about Japanese dolphin killings...
