Looking for an organic/local foods caterer
I love the idea of Founding Farmers in D.C. and Woodberry Kitchen in Baltimore, i.e. restaurants that use local and frequently organic ingredients. Does anyone know of a caterer that does the same thing? I want to have a brunch catered but would like to use natural, organic and local foods.

Most of the full-service caterers around town can source local and organic ingredients, but I would look into Catering by Windows - they have an entire "green" program devoted to organic/sustainable catering. Occasions and Ridgewells are also really good companies that can put together wonderful organic/local menus. Good luck!
