Paris October 7-October 10th in the 10th
We will be arriving via the Eurostar from London, arriving around 8am.
We are staying in the 10th, and with John Talbott's review of the 10th I think I can find good meals in the area.
We will be doing a lot of sightseeing, and I was wanting some help finding some places that are casual, accessible to a non-french speaker, but still good food. That are within range of some of the main tourist attractions.
Also, any suggestions for a meals on a day trip to Versailles.
Thanks in advance
At the corner of Rosiers and rue Hospitalieres St Gervais (west end of Rosiers) is Chez Marianne falafels, a place dedicated to Mediterranean food and great wines. It's mostly very crowded, but fun to go to and the food is really good stuff. Won't cost a fortune or even close to an allowance. My daughters (20s to high 30s) love this place and so do I.
We picnic when we go to Versailles. The stands there are rip-offs and good food is few and far between.
