Aix-en-Provence - where should I eat?

Bonsoir - I have just arrived in Aix for a month and thought I would find out where other chowhounders think the best food is in Aix! Please let me know your thoughts!

Bruno Ungaro at the Amphytrion is an excellent chef. A good choice all around.

I had a very nice meal last year at L'Amphitryon, which is just off the Cours Mirabeau. I was there in the spring and dined in the garden behind the restaurant, which was really nice but maybe a little chilly in November. It wasn't anything fancy; just good local ingredients cooked well.

Go to Pierre Reboul for a great meal.

Just ate at Pierre Reboul. I've felt like the whole molecular gastronomy is pretty played out but this place is amazing. Deff recommend it to anyone headed to Aix.
