      The one next to Philly.

If by "next to Philly" you mean the one that is close to Chestnut Hill (Springfield, Montgomery County), I would recommend Mina Cucina in Springhouse. It is about 15 minutes north on Bethlehem Pike from Springfield.

It is pretty common usage that "Springfield" is a place in Delaware County. If someone was referring to MontCo they would simply refer to Oreland, Flourtown, Fort Washington, etc. If someone were referring to Bucks they'd specify that since it is very small, and not next to Philly.

There are many Springfields in PA, including nine different Springfield townships. Two of these are very close to Philadelphia, as mentioned by others, but are not very close to each other. Perhaps a zipcode would help to narrow it down.

A street name would work too. This is not hard stuff...

There are no good restaurants in Springfield Delco. Very few in that part of Delco. It is slim pickin's around there.....
