Authentic Indian Spiceland, IN...just off I-70

Just got back from a drive to Southern Indiana (beautiful country, folks...Bloomington is a blast!).
While driving along I-70, we saw a billboard for a truck stop in Spiceland. On one corner of the billboard, the words "Indian Food" grabbed our attention. We got off the highway, drove a few hundred yards on State Road 3 and saw a truck stop with fuel pumps, a truck wash Indian restaurant.
It was lunchtime and they offered a $7.99 all-you-can-eat buffet featuring both veggie and meat entrees, rice and salad. One chapati is brought, steaming hot, from the kitchen, with each buffet order.
The chef and owners were Sikh and many of the guests were Indian-American truck drivers.
Food was excellent. There is a full dinner menu, as well. Sorry, was not traveling with a camera, but be sure you take yours when stopping here! Restaurant is a fully-stocked liquor store, as well, where you can stock up on MD 20/20.
