Looking for the perfect pizza - thin crispy crust pizza in St Petersburg area - in town 8/27 & 28

I am in the St Pete area Fri and Sat 8/27 and 28 and would love to find a little pizzeria with
the perfect pizza! We like less crust (carbs!) and a thin crisy crust can be hard to find. We now live in
Key west and this pizza does not exist there. We are hoping this trip we might find the perfect pizza.

Gigi's pizza is great and they have a real thin crispy crust and a yummy antipasto salad thats huge. Have fun.

Your best bet is Pauls Chicago thin crust pizza in the shopping center at RS 590 and McMullen Booth in Clearwater. Paul uses Hi -gluten flour which has very little carb. I am diabetic this pizza never raises my glucose numbers.

Cappy's is great, but I really dig their chicago. Try Mazzaro on 22nd, only open until early afternoon so go for lunch
