Brunch on the way to Rhinebeck?

We are planning to check out the Dutchess County Fair this weekend. Since we are driving all the way from Stamford, we were wondering if there are any good brunch places to stop along the way. Budget is around $10-15 per person. Any must-have brunches in the area would be great. Thanks!
