Midtown East Takeout Restaurants

I have been living for a few years on East 52nd Street, all the way at the East River/FDR Drive. Have not found any good take-out/delivery places, especially for Schezuan or Indian food. Suggestions, neighbors?

Have you tried the Grand Sichuan East on Second Avenue@ 55th Street? It is not Flushing by any stretch, but not bad.
