Bolognese with chicken liver

Any place in Boston with this on their current menu other then Stella?

    Barbara Lynch has a recipe for it in her book Stir. I have made it quite a few times and people love it.

      I think that the bolognese at La Romagnola in Watertown has chicken liver--mostly to take out but available sometimes to eat-in.

        Not in Boston, but if you find yourself in Portland, ME, Paciarino has the best version of this I've had. I didn't ask if it was specifically in the sauce, but I'm fairly certain I tasted it.

            Barbara Lynch uses a little in hers. Not sure which of her restaurants serves it at the moment, but The Butcher Shop sells it frozen, last I looked.

              Nice. I'll have to check it out. Hopefully its not crazy expensive like everything else at her restaurants.
