what's the best thai in greenpoint or williamsburg

so, I have lived in Williamsburg for about 13 years now and still don't know which thai place to order from. I usually resort to Chai Thai. But they are not all that great...I used to rely on Amarin...does anyone know if that is still good?

any other ideas? suggestions?

mostly, this is for delivery, btw...i am holed up with a bad knee.

"Great" is pushing it. After 7 years of eating it when necessary, I think Amarin is passable. Thai Cafe on Manhattan at Kent is marginally better, Pagoda on Graham and Metropolitan is marginally worse.

I think most of the thai restaurants in Bburg are pretty mediocre. My last trip to Planet Thai was an insult to edible food. Sea is OK. Cheers is ok too, but I haven't eaten at either in years, the Thai food in Queens is just so much better. Since you are holed up, I would see if Cheers delivers to your area.

Planet Thai has been closed for almost two years I believe, and never offered delivery service. I always liked their food though - not as authentic as some, but quality ingredients and very reasonable prices.
