The Tap in Haverhill

just wanted to let all of you in the Minga-Valley know that THe Tap Brewery is now open Mondays at 4pm.

although i'm usually there only for the beers, i've been overhearing good things from diners about the kitchen as of late since a change of staff in the kitchen.

edit- the kitchen is closed on Mondays so for now it's beers and booze only.

We've pretty much given up on the Tap. The beer is good, but the last few times we were there, both the food and the service were disappointing. And though a change in the kitchen's staff may help, they've gone through so many changes that they may change yet again before I get back.

Wow, haven't been in decades, is the bar still the same? If you go for chow get back to us. Oh and it's Minga Meadows!

the bar is pretty much the same with some minor cosmetic upgrades. i usually don't dine out within walking distance of my home kitchen but i've had the burger and a few other things and they've all been good. but as i said in my original post i've been hearing good things from adjacent diners at the bar.
