best "boozy" lunch

hi all.... am taking a day off work for my birtdhay and want to celebrate with a boozy lunch. what is the best restaurant in your opinion to achieve that...???

Central Park Boathouse. Sit on the deck on a sunny day at lunch, order the crab cakes and a nice bottle of Chardonay and kick back and relax. Then stumble out of there and have a pedicab take you home.

Le Zie is a good moderately priced option with a moderately priced wine list. It's not what I think of as a "boozy" place -- although they do have a great, funky little bar area -- but it's a nice place for a leisurely lunch.

budget is flexible, but we wouldnt would anything too fancy of formal. food could be french or italian - but again not formal, by "boozy" i should have said lots of great wine. just looking for a long leisurely fun lunch to celebrate a birthday with wonderful wines and good food.
