A taste of Miami

I am trying to put together gift bags for some out of town guests with a little local color. I will have to purchase the food a couple days in advance of their arrival. Does anyone have any suggestions of items to include?

Foodwise...the only thing that comes to mind are those chocolate alligators.....they come in 'gummy' form as well. Best bet would be to poke around a big souvenir shop near the beach and see what's available.
