Chow worthy Kosher Eats Tel Aviv/Tsfat/Jerusalem

My Fiance and I are going on a trip to Israel and we're interested in chow worthy eats in Tel Aviv, Tsfat, Jerusalem. The sky is the limit with food (we're willing to pay for an amazing experience)- we want to eat the best kosher cuisine we can find. That being said, we would love to hear your hole-in-the-wall recommendations too.

  1. I just got back from 6 weeks in Israel. Enjoy your trip!

Jerusalem (expensive recommendations $30-50 per person):
Rooftops at the Mamila Hotel - more like a bistro than a restaurant, but great food and view

    Jerusalem (less expensive):
    Beit Ticho
    Moshava 54
Cafe Itamar (in the plant nursery before entering Moshav Ora)

    Jerusalem (holes in the wall)
Hashamen for shawarma (off Ben Yehudah)
Falafel Hamoshava Arba Teamim (Beit Hakarem)
Itchikdana Indian food in Machane Yehuda on Rechov Eshkol
Azura in the Iraqi market of Machane Yehuda

    Tel Aviv
    Gao Noodles (inexpensive)

Gueta - inexpensive food from Tripoli

    Tsfat Area
Shipudei Hamoshava in Rosh Pina (inexpensive)
Dag al Hadan near Kfar Blum
