Disappointment

Dinner tonight at Burrowing Owl. Food very good, well executed and well presented. Service not so. Several glaring errors of service, which did not totally ruin the quality of the food, of course. THe wonderful synchronicity that happens when good food and good service mesh well was missing.

I haven't been but I find that utterly disappointing to hear. Not enough emphasis is put on service at some places and it really ruins the evening. The perfect experience happens with the food is heightened by the service - harmonious as you said. Thanks for the tip.
