I noticed today that the Healthy Butcher sells individual frozen pies made by chef jamie kennedy... they might also be for sale at other stores and possible his cafe?

Not anywhere near Burlington but I know that Summerhill Market carries them and they are deelish. Great pastry and excellent filling. Bonjour Brioche also sells them for either take out or eat in. But i prefer SH Market's version.

It's a bit out of the way for you, but I just bought one at the Cheese Boutique in Etobicoke on Sunday. They had full size and single serving tourtieres and other various meat pies (SO bought a single serving chicken pot pie). Haven't tried them yet, but will keep you posted.
