I missed the New Mexico Chile roasting at Albertson's in La Habra this past weekend. I won't be able to make the next one either. Is there any place in SoCal where I can buy some?

thanks,
CR

Bristol Farms on Doheny and Beverly Blvd. has them.

Albertsons has Hatch Chiles on sale in this week's circular ad for $1.49 per pound -- so most Albertsons should have them.

I also saw them at Bristol Farms on Doheny yesterday.

They were marked 'Mild' on the bag. Are there different types?

Yes. Bristol farms has mild to extra hot. Both available fresh or roasted in bags.

I saw a bunch at Bristol Farms in Long Beach a couple of days ago. Bellflower Blvd. at Stearns.

Bristol Farms in the Promenade in WLV has them: mild or hot at $2.69 lb. Unroasted.
