Uzbek Cultural Center in Kew Gardens -- open?

Anyone know if the Uzbek Cultural Center -- and their restaurant -- in Kew Gardens is still open?Googling around, I can't find a website or any recent announcements.

I went by about 3 years ago. It had turned into something else. But perhaps I was mistaken about the location.
