La Mixteca, Napa, no more

I'm not sure when the ownership officially changed, but I had seen a change in menu over the last 6 months. It's now a mess of a taqueria, seemingly a prep kitchen for a taco truck. Sometime last spring, I recall the owner of Mixteca may have been ill, and family were trying to keep it up. But it didn't seem to keep.

I tried to stop by a couple weeks ago and they were closed by 7pm. The place has never been busy, so I was wondering if it was falling on hard times. Too bad, they once had a menu that was very unique to Napa.
