Need good Saturday afternoon North End recommendation

My vision is a perfect Saturday afternoon in North End, relaxing in a patio setting over classic summer Italian fare and a bottle of wine. I have a few old standbys, but would love to try something new. Any suggestions regarding the perfect venue?

Not too many places with a patio in the North End - Caffe Grafitti on Cross St, Fiore's on Hanover Street, Mother Anna's on the corner of Cross and Hanover Streets.
