I'm anxious to try a chocolate chip cookie recipe that uses hard boiled egg yolks.

Just curious - what's the point of the hard boiled egg? And how do you NOT end up with chunks of hardboiled egg baked into your cookies?
I don't know if this is a good one but I've had it bookmarked and keep forgetting to make it.
