I am really sad that Cache closed as this was a favorite of mine. I was there a few weeks ago on a Tuesday night and my party was the one there for at least an hour.
I had dinner at Ado a couple of nights ago and Paolo and Antonio have taken over the space. They expect to open in a month or so, it's going to be more of a lounge than a restaurant.
