Staying in midtown, walking all over ... gotta hit FAO Schwartz near Central Park, go to the top of the Empire State Building, maybe cross the bridge to Brooklyn ... any suggestions for lunch on Saturday?? Pizza, great burgers, anything super good, and good for young boys walking all over town!!

4 additional suggestions: Serafina (several locations, incl one right by FAO) complete with Kids' menu. Central Park Boathouse, with 3 different seating options--best to get there early, for 9 year olds are not the best at waiting. 79th Boat Basin, mainly 'cause they can watch the boats go by. And finally, if you find yourselves downtown in the financial district, Stone Street features 10 differenct restaurants in a one block strip--all with outdoor seating. Pizza, burgers, mexican, swedish, you can practically name it.

If you're around FAO Swartz, then I'd walk over to 57th bet. 6th & 7th to Angelo's Pizza. Great pizza and super salads for you! For dessert, you could go over to 7th, take a right turn and head up the block to Petrossian Bakery. Or across the street to Pain Quotidian for superb brownies. There's also a great burger place in the Meridian Hotel - S. side of 57th, nearly opposite Angelo's.

Otto (pizza) near Washington Square Park is fun, kid-friendly and reasonably priced.

Otto has some good food but their pizza is not the thing to eat there...
