Egyptian Food in New Brunswick
Today's Princeton Packet has a review for a place named the Kairo Kafe in New Brunswick. Has anyone eaten there and what did you think? We spent time in the real Cairo and would love to get a review from the central NJ Chowhounds before we go.

I checked this place out. Not one of the waiters was walking like an Egyptian. Epic fail!

i second Evelyns in New Brunswick. I love their hummus and their fatuoush salad. And their chicken kebab sandwich. And pretty much anything they serve.
I just started working in NB again and try to eat there whenever I get a chance. Really delicious, and the owners are super sweet. In college my sister, who never cooked, ate their a few nights a week and so whenever we were there, wound up chatting with the family.
