would House of Bagels' Onion Flats work for you? or, do you seek fluffy onion buns?

They are not moist, they are chewy, they are impossible to cut to make a sandwich. They are, however, delicious and when I buy 6 I am lucky to have 1 left when I get home. It is a long way from HOB to Berkeley.
