Bangers & mash

I really like that dish, but never made it myself!

Does anyone know what kind of sausages to use & where to find them?

    Just keep in mind that the best you'll be able to find here are local imitations (albeit good ones) of the British sausage since no beef products are permitted to be imported from the UK due to mad cow disease.

      you can buy them at Loblaws, they have different international sausages like Bangers or Bratwurst

        As far as what sausage to use, I think bangers would probably work pretty well.
