SF Lunch Spots

Headed to Napa for long weekend trip. Looking for a spot for lunch in San Fran that is on the route from airport to Napa.

    There is the new and favorably reviewed Viva Goa on Lombard and Scott where you could get a reasonably priced buffet with alot of variety.

      Are taking the eastbay (580) or the northbay (101) route to Napa?

      Also, what type of food do you feel like trying (Mexican, Chinese, Vietnames, Old School Hof Brau, burgers, etc.)?
