The chef/owner has been struggling with serious illness for the last year and bit. They were signing leases, and getting started when he was taken ill. Turned out to be serious and life threatening. He is doing better lately and hopes to restart the project as soon as he is able. It was unfortunate, I think they were on to a winner.
