Best cooking class in the Amalfi area?

I will be in Positano for the first time next month. I was hoping to do Mamma Agata's cooking class, but she's booked!

Are there any other cooking classes of note in the Amalfi area? I've found a few online, but don't know if they are worth the time/money.

Thanks!

I don't know whether the timing will work, but long-time Rome resident (British ex-pat) Diane Seed does a wonderful class on the Amalfi Coast. Each day you go to a different restaurant where the chef teaches you their specialty. When my wife and I attended several years ago, you ended the class at Don Alfonso for dinner and a tour.
