Trendy place to take vegetarian

I want to take my very hip relative who is visiting form Europe to a cool place around Penn Quarter or Dupont. She's veg, so we need a recommendation that has a good choice of vegetarian. Most places seem to have one token veg dish on the menu.

We've already been to Rasika and Zaytinya, so something other than those two places.

Suggestions?

Thanks!

Jaleo is the best restaurant in DC for a vegetarian. Even vegan. We had a vegan meal with eight dishes, all of them great. Etete for Ethiopian is also a great choice, especially if you wan to do non-European. Get the fastening food platter.

Founding Farmers is trendy as it comes and has a nice vegan menu plus several vegetarian options. Sticky Rice over on H has lots of vegan/vegetarian options

Jaleo could work. Also not exactly in the area you are looking for but Bibiana might be a good choice for you.
