Recently moved from Sf Bay area(berkeley) and realize weaverville/asheville is not a chinese food meca- but miss the food ----any rec's for "decent choices in in asheville area -prefer North Asheville but will travel elsewhere
Please no suggestions for the noodle shop

Seriously, I had a decent meal at Oriental Pavilion in Westgate recently.
Also, in the Thai category - Little Bee in S.Asheville is FANTASTIC (order in advance o be prepared to wait 45 min)

I think that China Palace on Tunnel Road across from the Asheville Mall is the best that you can do here in Asheville.
