I love a simple and not too dense cheesecake. My favorite is from Cafe Latte - the Classic Vanilla. It has a flaky crust on the bottom rather than graham crakers and is topped with whipped cream and strawberries. Like all cheesecake it is very rich, but a worthwhile treat (for me) at least once a year.

A good option is Muddy Paws Cheesecake, they have lots of flavors and the few that I have tried are really good...

I really like the Italian version which is ricotta cheesecake, not as heavy duty rich but still luscious. Broder's Deli at 50th and Penn does a good one.
