Cott's Black Cherry Soda
Where can you find Cott's Black Cherry Soda in cans ( preferably sold in cases of 24).I can find the 1l plastic bottles but that's no good it looses the bubbles too quickly.

Not Cott's, but a new IGA has opened on the West Island at the corner of Gouin and Fredmeir in Pierrefonds and they have a massive kosher section. I noticed they have six pack cans of Cherry Coke and Cherry Coke Zero.

re: BLM
I couldn't find Cherry Coke or Cherry Coke Zero listed on Coke's Canadian corporate website. My guess is that this stuff is being brought in from the States. This IGA's kosher section is not only huge, but permanent, and easily dwarfs those temporary ones put up around Passover by the chains.

I had a brainwave and checked the Distribution Aubut catalogue for you. Bingo:
205547 CERISE NOIR (can+dep) Cott 12x355ML 1
Looks like they carry cases of 12 cans. Could contact them first just to double-check.

The Asian run grocery on Sherbrooke in Westmount (forget the name of the store) sells them, both regular and diet in cans. They also have a large selection of other canned and bottled root beers including Dr. Brown's, Stewart's and Boylans. It's the one right near Victoria...

If you looking for other black cherry sodas should try some of the American ones that I have found in Montreal: Stewart's, Boylan's and Dr. Brown's.
I have seen them in a lot of Depanneurs here in Montreal and they come only in cans or glass bottles.

re: MTLNY
Dr Browns and Stewart's are not the same it is a taste from childhood that is the hook and the density of bubbles. I still can't find the cases of the stuff. The butcher shop that is also a sausage counter on St Urbain above Bernard has them but he only sells them by the unit. Please help !

It used to be available in supermarkets with a large Jewish clientele (e.g. Côte St-Luc). Haven't checked recently, though. A thread from 2005 has a few other ideas: http://chowhound.chow.com/topics/97951
