Apart from standard issue thyme, I've only seen it occasionally in Longo's. Frankly, if you've got a bit of warm, dryish real estate, I'd plant some thymes(there are lots of varieties)now or in the spring. They're tough-as-nails perennials.I have good-sized clump near my back door that I use all winter in freeze-dried form. It's pungent stuff.
