Im losing my mind here in LA...first, im dyin to get up North to try Anthony Mangieri's new pizzeria when it opens and now im informed that Tony Gemignani is or has opened a coal burning pizzeria next door to his first resto...How did SF allow the permits to burn coal? anyone been yet?
The coal oven has apparently been there for generations so it's grandfathered in. It just opened:
