Best Indian restaurant in Bloor / Yonge area

There are several Indian restaurants in the Bloor / Yonge area. Utsav, India Hut, Biryani House, Amaya Express. I am trying to arrange Friday lunch for 8-10 people. Which restaurant do you recommend?

Skip them all and head a little further south to Kathmandu Restaurant, between Wellesley and College. Forget the lunch buffet and order A la carte. Butter chicken and Lamb Sali Bothi are fantastic.

I second Kathmandu - however, I would highly recommend their buffet.

I love Kathmandu, they have excellent vindaloos too. If you must be around Yonge/Bloor, I would go with Utsav but it's a small restaurant so make your reservation ASAP.
