I strongly second gutsofsteel's recs of the gnocchi and the lamb.
I live around the corner from this place, and it is our go to for exceptional food at a great price.
The gnocchi are seriously good. They are light and airy and served in a sauce that is none to overpowering. I cannot go here without ordering them.
Other recs: the quail app is solid. Nice piece of quail, cooked perfectly.
I have also had the braised veal breast which is a nice treat.I am so-so on the desserts at this place. You may be better off just going with a nice glass of dessert wine off of their extensive list.
