Guys Night Out: Steak -> Cigar -> Movie (The Expendables)

I am looking for recommendation on a "guys night out". We have received permission from our SO's to do this. So, what I am looking for is a great steakhouse, a good place to smoke Cigars (if at the steakhouse even better) and close to a theater. Given today's current smoking laws, I think the Cigar part will be the hardest to complete....

Any ideas?

Durant's is the best. The food is outstanding, it has that old school goodfellas vibe, and the bar looks like the one from The Shining. In short, it has everything.

Morton's at 24th & Camelback, The Esplanade AMC theatre, cigars on the patio at the Ritz.
stop by Churchhills at 44th & Camelback for a nice selection of smoke on the way.
or for a high end steak experience BLT at the Camelback Inn

I'd kill for a Pappas Brothers Steak House like the one I visited in Houston. A Tobacco/Carnivore nirvana.

Mastro's has great steaks and a cigar sommelier on staff, or they used to.

Capital Grill at Scottsdale & FLW used to have a pretty decent cigar selection, and I believe you can still smoke on the patio. There's a Harkins up the street at Scottsdale & Mayo.

I'm thinking Donovan's (31st St & Camelback), Houston's or Morton's at The Esplanade? AMC is upstairs; I would call re: smoking on patio.

I would go to J&G Steakhouse at the Phoenician resort...awesome burger and beer special for $19 and you can smoke those Cohiba's outside on the patio.
Jean George restaurant is excellent with views of the city and great drinks too.
