REQUEST Budget / Inexpensive Wedding ceremony/reception info + BYO Caterer

Hello!

I've been reading different discussions and have not found what I am looking for. I'm hoping I can get some good info on here. :)

I am looking for a garden/beach type area (plus an indoor facility as well if possible) in the general LA area (could go a little further) where we can bring our own caterer. Do any venues provide the chairs, linens, have alcohol, etc but let us bring our own caterer or if we bring our own caterer do we have to provide EVERYTHING ourselves?

Our budget is currently $10,000 for the ceremony, reception, food, decor, photographer, videographer...

Also by chance if anyone knows of any great korean and/or thai food caterers that are inexpensive and yummy that would be great.
