60th anniversary dinner suggestions

So, it is the in-laws 60th anniversary. The folks are staying in Massapequa with brother and sister in-law (who is a pest and will only eat murdered dry chicken breast) we are staying at a hotel in Plainview. Parents keep kosher, but will eat fish and vegetarian dishes out. We are foodies as is nephew, but will have pesty sister in-law and a few teenagers in tow. Where to take the parents for a special meal with all of our crazy needs in mind?
