Sonoran Hot Dog in NYC?
Has anyone found a place which service these? It starts with a hot dog wrapped in bacon. Then you begin piling on the beans, grilled onions, fresh onions, tomatoes, mayonnaise, cream sauce, mustard and jalapeno salsa. Add radishes, cucumbers, whole chilies.
Thanks!

Cabrito has them, or something very similar:

I just had a hot dog at Shake Shack-no bacon but some sort of relish and whole chili peppers w just the right amount of heat-very good!

I'm from Arizona and miss these as well, and the best substitutes I've found are at Crif Dogs. While they're not gonna be authentic compared to what you're used to, they're delicious nonetheless and they have a variety of options. My favorites are the Chihuahua, which is wrapped in bacon and topped with avocado and sour cream, and the Tsunami, which is wrapped in bacon and topped with teriyaki sauce, chopped pineapple, and green onions.
