Beef liver dishes at Asian restaurants in the SGV?
I've noticed menus offering a range of pork offal and even items like goose intestines, but how about beef liver? I'm looking for any suggestions on best beef liver dishes at Chinese or Vietnamese restaurants in the San Gabriel Valley.
Ocean Star or Empress Harbor (I forget which) often has braised beef liver during dim sum.
Northern Chinese Restaurant (same strip mall as 888) also has a beef liver dish.
The Sam Woo BBQ in Alhambra (on Valley and Sixth) has it in both hot pot form and stir fried.

Thanks, ipsedixit. In searching back messages, I noticed a reply by Monku where he mentioned he ordered the House Special Chow Mein at Sam Woo in Alhambra and it came with a lot of beef liver in it. Is that still the case? Any chance of getting beef liver with noodles or rice there?
