Teriyaki in Dallas Metroplex? (Grilled, healthy)

Hard to find good grilled Teriyaki Beef/Chicken in Dallas Metroplex. Best so far is Tokyo Teriyaki near Farmer's Branch (valwood off the 35)...in fact,.....it's excellent. Grilled, charbroiled, (whatever).....beef short ribs (hard to find those)......great rice and very reasonable.

The only problem is that is closed on weekends. Both Sat and Sun. They cater to the lunchtime business crowd.

Anyway, since moving out here from Southern CA., other than Tokyo Teriyaki above......I haven't found anything good.

Any suggestions?
