Pasadena Fuddrucker's closed!

Hello,

I was in the area last night and noticed that the Pasadena Fuddrucker's on Foothill Blvd. in the Sears shopping center has closed! Does anyone know the story or why they closed? I liked to go there every now and then, so was kind of sad to see that. Thanks!

Their building has been demolished - in its place (according to the signage) will be a CVS pharmacy. As part of the "re-doing" of that mall, it looks like a Corner Bakery Cafe's going in, too.

i believe they lost their lease.

Fuddruckers is a chain with over 100 franchises nationwide. I think they do better in states without decent dining options than they do here.
From the one burger I had in the Fuddruckers in Burbank it was ok, but not worth going back for.
