Salt Wine Bar - great food and service!

I am surprised to see that there is no review for Salt Wine Bar yet, but I guess they have only been open for a week. Located on Ossington right next to Pizzeria Libretto, Salt is a Portuguese tapas bar. My husband and I had a great meal there tonight - we had the croquettes, calamari, frites, tender octopus, crispy duck confit, rich oxtail, and pork belly. Everything was delicious just like tapas we had in Europe. They also had this amazing pineapple creme brulee - overall I would highly recommend Salt Wine Bar for the food as well as the great service. It's a great addition to Ossington - I am so glad that I live a couple blocks away with all these great restaurants/cafes (i.e. Libretto, Enoteca Sociale, Goed Eten, Crafted by Te Aro, Delux, Golden Turtle, etc.)! Now if only they would open a guu near by.....

I saw the place last weekend while walking up Ossington! Nice that they're open late. I took a picture of the menu to peruse for later and thank you for reminding me about Salt! I have it on my list of places to go.
