  1. Great pizza at Shakespeare's or Tony's.
Murry's has good food and sometimes Jazz, south end of town.
Sophia's is also south and had a great variety on the menu. Last time I enjoyed the horseradish crusted Salmon there.

    1. Sycamore-Mike Odette, chef was nominated for the James Beard award
      Flat Branch-packed and noisy-good food
      Chim's Thai Kitchen @ Cooper's Landing --funky
If you don't mind a drive
Glenn's Cafe @ Frederick Hotel in Boonville-Great food but last time we were there we asked for grilled chicken added to a salad, which they have on the menu as a sandwich and we were told no special items. Also Sundays are a limited family style menu-fried chicken or roast beef and maybe one more entree and choice of sides.
There are lots of great places in Columbia.

      1. All good but how far are you willing to go and what sort of food are you really hoping for? There's many many options in the town and area.

        1. Is Bleu still around? Loved it last year or so.

The link automated by the site is not right.
I liked it over the 3-4 times I've been there, but they changed chefs and I haven't been there since. The food was pretty good but service very spotty.

          2. China Wok Express- 422 E Broadway, Columbia MO
This is the best Vietmanese for 200 miles. Cheap, fast and great food.
