pigs feet

Hi everyone - any ideas where one could find fresh or at least non-pickled pigs feet in the New Orleans area? My only initial idea is Hong Kong Market on the Westbank... I'd appreciate any other input

Rouse's has had them in the past. Haven't checked in a while though.

Well, fatmole, if you and a group splurge for a whole roasted suckling pig upstairs at Calcasieu, you'll get the ears, the snout, the tongue, and yes, the feet, non-pickled. It's worth looking into!

Was just at the Rouse's uptown (Tchoup and Napoleon) and they definitely had them. I'd imagine Cochon Butcher would also either have them or get them for you.

THere used to be a Spanish/Mexican place right by the old Rock and Bowl that I would get cow tongue from and I recall seeing pigs feet and other parts there. They have a location out in Kenner, around Williams and West Esplanade, but it's been a while since I've been there, hopefully they are still open. Sadly, I can't remember the name.

              What's this about Cuban sandwiches?
