Route 9 Ethnic Lunch Options
I ate lunch at Aangen yesterday - great Indian buffet at a bargain price...$8.95. The flavors were wonderful, and the variety plentiful - vegetarian options, soups, chicken, and all of the side dishes/sauces. The two desserts, one a mango mousse and the other a doughy ball with cheese - sorry, the name escapes me - and a honey type dressing, were to die for.
Today I went to Bamboo Leaf for Thai food, and this is always stellar. I highly recommend the pad thai and the basil chicken. Their lunches, with Tom Kha Gai soup and salad w/peanut sauce dressing included, run from between $8.95 for items with chicken to $10.95 for items with shrimp. The food is always outstanding and the service equally good.
