atmosphere the Bazzar is pretty cool I'd do a drink in the bar early and Saam's @ the Bazaar for dinner.

The Bazaar, taking into account that you want a "fantastic atmosphere." Never been to Urasawa though.

Yeah, that might have been a bit of hyperbole, just trying to maximize both, and with SO MANY excellent options in this city, trying to distinguish what we're looking for a bit.

Thanks you so much for registering your vote. Although, I might have to take Urasawa off, as I was just informed Japanese is not a preferred option... d'oh!

              Funny!
I thought people voted Urasawa even though it didn't show up on your list.
              Here's my vote:
              Urasawa.

Well, Bazaar also has tasty and interesting food, so my vote remains unchanged!

              Hey! What happened to Urasawa?

              Your list is shrinking!

Bazaar. Everything else on your list is mellow not lively.

Urasawa is dominating! Unfortunately, I went back after the day 1 results, and was informed that Japanese was a no-go... So I had to update the options to reflect this change.

So far Bazaar is in the lead ... can another contender surface?

Bazaar but it is pricey to get the full experience.
Hatfield's for a memorable dining experience with a slightly smaller dent in your wallet.

                        Most entertaining: The Bazaar
                        Best food: Osteria Mozza

Given your parameters, I'd pick Bazaar. In fact, I may see you there.

I agree. I like the other places on your list, but Bazaar will be the most unique. I do not think you have to spend a ton to get a lot out of the experience. I've taken out of town guests to just eat at the bar when we couldn't get reservations at the last minute and I think it is fun to get a few of their fancy cocktails, some of the trademark dishes, some of my favorites, and cut out. It's not my favorite LA place and not a place I want to go to over and over again, but definitely more lively than the rest of your choices if you're looking for a scene.
